Started in 1986, CBBEL is a full-service consulting engineering and surveying firm specializing in civil, transportation/highway, municipal, traffic, construction, water resources, environmental, structural and mechanical engineering. Today we provide not only design services, but also planning, preliminary engineering, permitting, and construction observation. We have successfully completed the design, permitting and construction of numerous major transportation projects, flood control reservoirs, pump stations, embankments, water mains and water systems, storm sewers, and large open channels.


Licensed Professionals

Our staff includes four PhDs, 82 licensed professional engineers, and a team of licensed professional land surveyors, a licensed structural engineer, and a licensed landscape architect. Twenty-four staff are certified floodplain managers (CFM), 16 are certified professionals in erosion and sediment control (CPESC) and 9 are certified professionals in stormwater quality (CPSWQ).
