CBBEL is assisting IDOT and CDOT in the development of an Environmental Impact Statement for North DuSable Lake Shore Drive, from Grand Avenue to Hollywood Avenue. The proposed scope of work for the overall project includes reconstructing 7.0 miles of the Outer Drive to improve safety, mobility, access and facility condition/design for all users. The project is located within historic Lincoln Park, which requires an expanded level of analysis and coordination. CBBEL was retained by IDOT as a subconsultant to perform stakeholder outreach, preliminary engineering studies, environmental studies, and drainage studies.
