The project consists of weekly remote dial-up monitoring of Cook County Highway Department’s closed loop traffic signal systems. CCHD has 38 closed loop traffic signal systems, 28 use Econolite controller hardware, 8 use Eagle controller hardware, and 2 use Econolite based Centracs controller hardware. Combined, the systems include 176 intersections.
