The project consists of the development and implementation of coordinated signal system timings for four traffic signal systems ranging in size from 8 to 25 signalized intersections (in four cities in IDOT Districts 2, 3, and 4).  The project also included providing traffic counts (in three cities located in IDOT District 5).  CBBEL developed time-of-day signal timing plans for each of the traffic signal systems and prepared individual reports detailing the timing designs. The project tasks were performed separately for each traffic signal system.
