The Kendall County Highway Department tasked CBBEL with the installation of a new permanent traffic signal at the intersection of Plainfield Road and Woolley Road in the Village of Oswego. The traffic signal installation incorporated signalized, ADA-compliant pedestrian crossings, and additional design features, including radar detection, emergency vehicle preemption, flashing yellow arrow signals and traffic signal control software.

The CBBEL team conducted a topographic survey in addition to coordinating with utilities and preparing traffic signal plans and technical specifications.
