The CBBEL team provided Phase II and Phase III engineering on the project, which saw 2,700 feet of 8″ water main replaced; more than one mile of roadway resurfaced; the addition of designated bike lanes, bump-outs at pedestrian crossings and streetscape elements throughout the corridor; the installation of new roadway lighting and modern traffic signals; and the replacement of curbs, gutters and sidewalks.
