CBBEL teamed up with the City of Evanston to improve and fully modernize the traffic signals at the intersection of Central Street and Central Park Avenue. In addition to surveying the intersection to collect and analyze traffic counts, the CBBEL team conducted design engineering of the new traffic signals, provided geotechnical analysis and environmental investigations and conducted construction engineering. Additional improvements included new curb ramps and pavement resurfacing.
