CBBEL was selected to complete Phase I and Phase II engineering services for a proposed new interchange connecting I-294 (Tri-State Tollway) to arterial roadways (88th/Cork Avenue, 79th Street, Archer Road) within the Village of Justice in support of economic development opportunities for the Village and other nearby communities.
Both Phases of engineering required close coordination with IDOT, Illinois Tollway, and Cook County since the involved roadways are State, Tollway and County jurisdiction.
