Burke, LLC Design/Build provided all general contracting and construction management services required for the stormwater permitting, development of the Planned Unit Development (PUD), and utility and site work for the project. CBBEL was the engineer for the project and coordinated the topographic survey and design of utilities to service the site including water, electrical and a sanitary lift station. The site configuration and steel pedestrian bridge was also designed to serve the golf course operations and to be shared with the adjacent privately developed hotel site. Special coordination had to be given to all elements regarding the underlying landfill. Those considerations include specialized foundations, unique routing of utilities, and coordination with permit agencies. The site lighting and high-mast sport lighting for night-time use of the driving range was also included in the design. Burke, LLC prepared all plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the project. All elements of the project were coordinated with the owner and the architect for the golf course.
