ACEC 2015 Merit Award and APWA 2015 Project of the Year.  This award winning path provides an integral link to two regional trails while providing bicycle and pedestrian access to the Chicago Botanic Garden (CBG) and Metra’s Braeside Station. The total length of the path is approximately one mile and it is located within and adjacent to the grounds of the CBG and the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (FPDCC). The multi-use path is ten feet wide with two foot wide aggregate shoulders on both sides.
