The Kreutzer Road extension project consisted of the construction of the new segment of roadway including full depth HMA pavement, pavement markings, concrete curb and gutter, a shared-use path, a 65-foot single span pre-stressed concrete I-beam bridge across the South Branch of the Kishwaukee River, street lighting, a segmental block retaining wall, a soldier pile retaining wall, compensatory and detention storm water basins, sight barriers, erosion control, and landscaping.
