CBBEL completed Phase I and Phase II engineering for Stage 2, the exit ramp/underpass to connect southbound Mannheim Road to Balmoral Avenue in Rosemont.  Phase I drainage services included a Location Drainage Study and Pump Station Hydraulic Report.  Phase II included plans, specifications, and cost estimates for two proposed bridges, the underpass pump station, storm sewer, and a detention facility tributary to the IDOT storm sewer system.
